Avantages

Twenty-four artists are supported: twelve in the Appalachian region — three each from Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee, and three from the expanded area of South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi; six in Delta Regional Authority counties; and six from Native communities.

Éligibilité
