CallOpen.art Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CallOpen.art ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CallOpen.art provides an AI-powered curation and research service for discovering opportunities strictly related to visual arts, including but not limited to grants, residencies, and exhibitions. We compile data from various public sources and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party opportunity deadlines, requirements, or funding availability.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform (such as the tracker or an artist profile), you must sign in — with a valid Google account or by a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and your mailbox.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, interface design, algorithms, and compiling of data is the property of CallOpen.art. Users retain full rights to the portfolio data they choose to link or display on their personal profiles.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CallOpen.art be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or missed application deadlines.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
