Oakley's two-year public art pilot was approved by City Council on 14 July 2026 and is managed by consultant Local Edition Creative.

Éligibilité
Sculptures: individual artists or teams from California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington with existing, complete outdoor-ready sculptures (no proposals). City Hall lobby: San Francisco Bay Area artists, preference for East Contra Costa County / Delta artists; new or existing works.
