Open to performing arts professionals, collectives, and venues legally based in the 41 Creative Europe countries. Applicants must form a partnership of at least three partners from three different countries. Live music is excluded, and a finished artistic work ready for adaptation is mandatory, as production costs for new creations are excluded.
