Open to professional artists and artist-led teams based in the United States with demonstrated experience of large-scale public art commissions. Selection looks for artistic excellence, experience of complex projects, technical fabrication expertise and the ability to collaborate. The submission is a single PDF of up to 25 MB with a letter of interest of no more than two pages, CV, a portfolio of 10–15 completed works, documentation of three to five public art projects with budgets and client contacts, three professional references, and team details where relevant.
