Требования
Open globally to artists of all backgrounds and countries. Specific eligible disciplines include Film/Video, Interdisciplinary Arts, and Visual Arts. Selection is highly competitive and based strictly on artistic excellence, demonstrated through a prior body of work and a current project proposal.
