Artists and teams invited to propose a large-scale permanent outdoor work for the Community Gathering Space at 6600 Donner Road. Themes: Connection to Place, Community Gathering, Stewardship & Sustainability, Cultural Heritage. North Lake Tahoe artists/teams receive priority.
