The W. Eugene Smith Student Grant in Humanistic Photography — annual award from the W. Eugene Smith Memorial Fund for documentary student photographers following in the humanistic tradition of W. Eugene Smith.
Leistungen
$5,000 grant to complete a photographic essay: $4,500 on award and $500 on delivery of 12 digital images within 18 months. Fee waivers are available through partner organisations.
Voraussetzungen
Students aged 18+ currently enrolled at a recognised institution (not high school), anywhere. Documentary and humanistic photography projects about the human condition. Up to 40 images including a current student ID; no AI-generated imagery.
