Elegibilidad

Students at Japanese high schools, universities, grad schools or vocational schools; Japanese nationals at overseas schools; or students as of March 2026. Collectives OK if all members qualify. One work per applicant; any theme/format/size. Jury: Enrico Isamu Ōyama, Nozomu Ogawa, Masako Tanaka.
