National — sculptors invited to propose a permanent roundabout work honoring O'Fallon's history at Main Street and Third Street, focal point of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood legacy. Stone, stainless steel, or bronze; max 15 ft tall, 10,000 lbs; ground-mounted on concrete pad.
