Artists' Circle and Saint Paul Public Schools Community Education's juried indoor holiday art fair — 80 booths at Hidden River Middle School on Grand Meander day, with member discounts and emerging-artist scholarships.

Art at Hidden River returns to the remodeled Hidden River Middle School (1700 Summit Ave, St. Paul) on Saturday, December 5, 2026 (9:30 AM–4:30 PM), coinciding with Grand Meander along Grand Avenue — an indoor holiday fair run by artists for artists with an Emerging Artist Scholarship program.
Elegibilidad
Open to artists producing original art and fine craft. Submit five portfolio images plus one booth-display photo. Work must be designed and produced by the applicant; no kits, commercial patterns, or volume-production studios.
