The 24th Kira-tto Otsu Landscape Painting Exhibition — a free municipal competition for paintings of Otsu's Lake Biwa landscapes and historic townscapes.
Beneficios
Otsu City's 24th landscape painting exhibition invites work celebrating the city's natural and historic scenery around Lake Biwa, with awards announced mid-November and a winners' show at Branch Otsukyo in December.
Elegibilidad
Open to all ages with no residency restriction; one work per person on standard yotsugiri paper up to 54×38 cm. Two themed sections: Treasures (Lake Biwa landscapes) and History & Culture. Subjects must depict scenery within Otsu City.
