Hawaiʻi-based artists 18+ in anime, manga, graffiti, or urban art (2D and 3D). Family-friendly work only — no NSFW, nudity, or AI. Work from past four years, not previously at Wailoa. HIAA-sponsored; graffiti battle and cosplay fashion show events.
