Request for qualifications of the City of Ann Arbor for its Nixon Road streetscape improvements, managed by the Ann Arbor Art Center's Art in Public program. The corridor links neighbourhoods, schools and the University of Michigan's North Campus; the area was farmland until the 1960s.

A permanent, site-specific public artwork along the Nixon Road corridor — three roundabouts and sidewalk areas near bus stops; a cohesive series or a single location. Budget up to $75,000. Semi-finalists (December 2026) get 6 weeks to develop a proposal; installation expected by 2028.
Éligibilité
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking artists or artist teams who can commit to working in Ann Arbor as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this project. Any artist or artist team residing in the United States can apply. Artists must be 18+ years of age.
