Éligibilité
Year-long community-engagement residency in NOMA's Department of Learning and Engagement. Open to artists across disciplines legally eligible to work in the U.S. who currently reside in Louisiana. One Darryl Chappell Foundation–funded slot for self-identified Afrodescendant artists.
