Avantages

A stipend of €800 per month for no less than 6 months and no more than one year, to encourage the creative expression of an artist starting a career. It can be received only once. Results are announced on 29 January 2027 after expert and council evaluation.

Éligibilité

Adult artists and cultural creators who are citizens of Lithuania, another EU member state or a third country, if their work concerns Lithuanian culture and art and its dissemination; who have never received a stipend from the Lithuanian Council for Culture; and who in the last 3 years completed… Lire la suite
