Frederick's Holiday Art Competition — Delaplaine and Celebrate Frederick seek artwork capturing the city's winter wonderland for promotional campaigns.
Benefits
Judges' Choice prize of $1,000; the winning image is used in Celebrate Frederick's holiday campaign (two-year poster rights, five years for other promotion). Selected works show at the Delaplaine and can be sold (70–80% to the artist).
Eligibility
