No cost to attend: a residency of one to four weeks in a cohort of five (one poet, one prose writer, one photographer or filmmaker, two visual artists) with a stipend of $100 a week for everyone, up to $1,000 more based on financial need and county income, and $500 for artist and writer parents and full-time caregivers who attend a seven-night parent session. An accessible studio and living space are available.

Artists and writers aged 21 or over who are residents of New York State or Indian Nations within it (all counties), in poetry, fiction, photography and filmmaking, and painting, sculpture and visual arts; creative non-fiction and playwriting or screenwriting are not accepted in 2027. Individuals only, no groups or pairs.
