The expert committee for visual art also checks feasibility and that contributing artists are paid at current or recommended rates; next deadline after this one: 8 April 2027.

Newly graduated artists at the start of their career — artists who completed their education up to five years ago. Both individual artists and artist groups can apply. Arts Council Norway does not give full financing: the budget must include other sources of income besides the amount requested.
