Open to visual artists, researchers, and photographers from all over the world at any stage of their professional career. Candidates must be ready to participate in a hybrid format (12 months online and 1 month in person in Japan). A prerequisite is the payment of a registration fee of $3,240 USD. The program focuses on 'expanded photography', material processes, and transcultural dialogue.
