Open to artists, curators and creators aged 18 or over based in the United States (the page's summary says US and Canadian-based, the application section says US-based), working in 2D or 3D media, writing, dance or cultural heritage. WVU alumni and underrepresented artists are especially encouraged; proposals that highlight underrepresented narratives and local working-class history are favoured.
