Cork City Council’s Arts Office runs annual arts funding schemes for artists and organisations in the city, assessed by an independent peer panel with one elected council member, in line with its Arts and Cultural Strategy.

Direct funding of up to €10,000 a year for professional arts projects across all disciplines, in one or both phases: Research & Development (time to research methodologies and plan a future project) and Production (performance, exhibition, commission, etc., completed within the year). Fair pay for arts personnel is expected; access costs can be requested separately.
