A Grand Prize of JPY 3 million (one winner), Jury Prizes (one winner per jury member) and Corporate Prizes (one per sponsor, whose winners may negotiate a licensing collaboration). Works that pass the first round must be available on loan from January to August 2027 and the organiser covers international shipping. Winners and finalists are shown in the prize exhibition.

Artists with disabilities who wish to pursue careers in art internationally, professional or amateur, with no age, gender or nationality limits; entries can be sent by the artist, a parent or guardian, other family members or a representative of an affiliated facility or organisation. Up to three works per artist. Only two-dimensional works suitable for wall display (paintings, prints, digital art, photographs, mixed media; wall-mounted installations up to 200 cm), at most 200 cm on the longest side and 15 kg. Sculpture, three-dimensional, video and audio works are not eligible; works made wholly or partly with generative AI are not eligible. The artist must own the copyright; the work must not have won a prize before or been commercialised. Artists passing the first round send proof of disability (a government disability ID, a school or welfare facility enrolment certificate or a medical certificate).
