The International Dance Festival New Orleans, run by the contemporary dance company BODYART, presents performances, film, masterclasses and artist panels. For its 5th edition it seeks innovative works that bring unique perspectives to contemporary dance. Late submissions are not considered.
Benefits
Selected artists perform at the festival on September 9–12, 2027 at the Contemporary Arts Center New Orleans and receive an honorarium, production and promotional support, performance documentation and additional festival benefits.
Eligibility
Choreographers with fully developed contemporary dance works: short works of 5–20 minutes or evening-length works of about 1 hour. Artists may submit several works, each with its own application.
