Benefits
The overall winner receives Sony digital imaging equipment, a trip to London with a tutor, and inclusion in the Sony World Photography Awards exhibition and book; their university receives Sony equipment worth about €30,000. Up to 10 shortlisted students are exhibited and published.
Eligibility
Photography students aged 18–30 at universities registered with the World Photography Organisation. A series of 5–10 images on the 2027 brief «Journeys», taken in the 18 months before the deadline.
