A stipend of €1,100 per month (the city covers €750 and ACC €350), a rent-free furnished ground-floor apartment with internet in the Municipal Studio Building and an attached studio of about 30 m². Artists pay their own travel, phone bills and health insurance.

Visual artists from anywhere in the world with no age limit; students cannot apply; a solid command of English or German is required and the submission must be in English; duos and collectives receive the same total stipend and the studio holds at most two people.
