Grants of up to A$10,000 for professional development opportunities or purchase of equipment, to help emerging designers develop their careers, produce new works and show work in new ways.

publicSeo.openCall.eligibility

Emerging fashion and textile design practitioners and businesses: individuals must be Australian citizens or permanent residents living in NSW for at least 12 months (partnerships and companies have their own criteria). Half of the A$500,000 pool is reserved for First Nations, Western Sydney and regional NSW applicants. Applications are assessed monthly from 17 August to 19 November 2026; up to two applications per financial year; projects must start at least five weeks after the tranche closes and finish by 31 December 2027.
