The PASEO, founded in 2014, is an outdoor festival of installation, projection and performance art in the streets of Taos; from 2027 it runs as a biennial, with the theme Convergence.

About 20–25 installations are selected for the two-night PASEO 2027 Biennial in the historic downtown of Taos (17–18 September 2027). Stipends range from $500 to $3,000, with larger projects funded at $5,000–$15,000 depending on size, complexity and impact; PASEO funds the shipping of artwork and provides staff, volunteers and overnight security. Stipends are also available for education programme proposals (workshops, lectures, PASEO STEAM DAY).

publicSeo.openCall.eligibility

Open to emerging, mid-career and professional artists over the age of 21 from anywhere in the world, with fully executed (not concept) immersive, site-responsive or participatory installations, projections and performance art that can be shown outdoors at night. Artists must be on site from sunset to 11 pm on 17 and 18 September 2027. Collaborations are welcome.
