Open to individual artists aged 18 to 40. Applicants must be born, resident, or domiciled in a CreArt network city (e.g., Valladolid, Aveiro, Lublin, Kaunas, Rouen, Venice, Oulu, Regensburg), or be members of HDLU (Croatia), or be Ukrainian artists via the Artistic Council Dialogue.
