One flat work receives a ¥500,000 rental fee and one sculpture ¥1,000,000, in addition to a year-long display at the foundation's headquarters (29 March 2027 – 31 March 2028). The organiser pays shipping, installation and insurance during the show, photographs the display, and holds an artist talk. The work is returned afterwards and the copyright stays with the artist.

Students or researchers at, or graduates of, universities, graduate schools, junior colleges or vocational schools in Japan who study or studied art, design or spatial design, any nationality or age. The applicant must be able to handle procedures, shipping and return inside Japan and be able to communicate in Japanese or have someone who can support them. Original work on the theme «Challenge / Evolution», any genre; up to 3 entries per person. Flat work: about 30–40 gō, long side about 100 cm, wall-mountable; sculpture: fits an 800×600×600 mm plinth; each up to 30 kg, no power supply, no living things, nothing very fragile.
