Roland Gräfe Foundation Art Prize 2027 — €7,500 for Painters of the Vogtland (Germany and Czech Republic)
Roland Gräfe Stiftung
The Roland Gräfe Foundation for Art and Culture (Radebeul) awards its art prize at irregular intervals to professional artists in a region shaped by economic and structural change. The 2027 edition, themed 'The Vogtland — Here! — Today! — Now! — Painting', looks for painters who trace the landscape, towns and people of the Vogtland across Thuringia, Bavaria, Saxony and the Czech border region.

One painter receives the fifth Art Prize of the Roland Gräfe Foundation, worth €7,500, with a prize-winner exhibition in 2027, a catalogue the winner can help design, and a planned second exhibition in the artist's home region. The prize is presented in September 2027; the winner is asked to give one work to the foundation's collection. An independent jury chooses the winner.
