Artists or collectives in the visual and/or audiovisual arts whose practice involves a dialogue with groups of non-professional artists (a class, day centre, neighbourhood house, citizens' group, etc.). Any career stage, no age limit, no diploma required. Must be domiciled in Belgium, with the project taking place in Brussels.
