A shopping-centre public-art competition whose winning outdoor sculpture is built and installed in the town.

Grand Prize (1): ¥200,000 and the work is built and installed on Komorebi Street around May 2027, with fabrication and installation paid by the organiser up to ¥500,000 excluding tax; Excellence Prize (2): ¥50,000 each. The top three finalists each get a ¥50,000 subsidy for panel and model. The winner is chosen from a public vote and jury marks. Prize money is paid after the result.

Individuals or groups of any age, sex, occupation or nationality who are based in Japan and can communicate in Japanese or English. The work must be an original that has not been shown anywhere in Japan or abroad. Finalists must be able to make an A2 explanatory panel and a model (up to 300 mm each side) and bring it to the site.
