publicSeo.openCall.benefits
Support for market and audience development — market research and audience surveys, branding, marketing and publicity, materials for sponsor or audience engagement — and international activities: collaborations with international counterparts, international touring, participation in international festivals, trade fairs and biennales, and international visit programmes. Non-profits receive up to 70% of a realistic budget (airfare and freight up to 100%), for-profits up to 50%; capped at S$70,000 per financial year and three travel-related grants per year.
publicSeo.openCall.eligibility
Individuals who are Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents, preferably residing in Singapore and actively contributing to the local arts scene — artists, collectives, performers, writers, presenters, curators, producers — and organisations whose core business is the arts. Collaborations with foreigners are eligible as long as the lead applicant and at least half the team are Singaporean or PR. Competitions and conferences go under the Capability Development Grant instead.
