Grants for cultural collaboration between Norwegian and Icelandic artists and cultural workers. Tours, single concerts, record releases, book releases and travel and fees for performers at events are funded only as part of a larger collaboration; no operating support.

Norwegian and Icelandic artists, cultural workers, cultural institutions and organisations; private persons, private and public institutions, organisations and other businesses can apply. Projects must be collaborations with participants from both countries and activities in both countries; projects with participants from other countries are not eligible. The same project cannot be funded more than three years in a row.
