A daily allowance of €85 per day of project implementation on site (travel days are not included) and a travel allowance of €400 for distances under 5,000 km or €800 from 5,000 km. The travel allowance contributes to the return trip; it is not a reimbursement of actual tickets. Extra fixed top-ups, only if requested in the application and if the conditions apply: €400 for green mobility, €175 for overseas countries and territories or outermost regions, €200 per child under 18, €120 for a visa, and accessibility support of €30 per day plus possible assistance costs. The grant does not cover costs above these flat amounts.

Artists and cultural professionals, 18 years of age or older, legally residing in one of the Creative Europe countries (the 27 EU member states, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Tunisia, Ukraine, including overseas countries and territories and outermost regions). Nationality is not the test; residence is. The call is open to individuals and groups of up to 5 people, in architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts, with no required level of experience. The project takes place in another Creative Europe country with an international partner. You must travel to the destination via greener means of transport (any means other than airplane) if the straight-line distance between your residence and the place of destination is less than 600 km, unless a disability, health condition, or an island only reachable by plane applies. You cannot apply to this call if you received an Individual Mobility grant from Culture Moves Europe after October 2025. Each applicant can apply to only one monthly deadline of this call.
