The National Arts Council (NAC) is Singapore’s statutory board for the arts; its grants are applied for through the OurSG Grants portal in three general cycles a year, and priority goes to self-employed arts practitioners.

Funding for music recording projects (including EPs and albums, merged from the former Production and EP grants since April 2026), publishing, exhibitions and performances, and festivals and conferences, in physical and/or digital form, to enrich artistic diversity and increase arts participation in Singapore. Individuals receive up to 70% of a realistic budget (50% for publishing), capped at S$100,000 per applicant per financial year.

Individuals who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (priority to self-employed persons residing and working in Singapore), plus registered organisations and collectives.
