Benefits
Two stipends: 'Land' (local focus, Groningen/Northern Netherlands) and 'Horizon' (project abroad), each a €10,000 honorarium plus €10,000 work budget, linked to the Artist in Space talent programme (coaching, network, vouchers); nominees receive €500 to prepare a jury presentation.
Eligibility
Visual artists and designers who graduated from a recognised art school, live and mainly work in the municipality of Groningen, and are no older than 35 at the time of applying (woont en overwegend werkt in de gemeente Groningen); with CV and portfolio/website.
