Design, fabricate and install a relocatable functional artwork for an under-used downtown lawn (about 145 × 40 ft) that adds seating, shade and/or lighting. Budget $70,000–75,000 covering fees, travel, insurance, materials, fabrication and installation; finalists get $1,000 for full proposals. Concept January–March 2027, fabrication and installation April–July 2027.
