Individual artists who are current Queens residents with valid proof of residency, at least 18 years old, and not enrolled in a full-time degree programme during the grant period. Unincorporated groups and collectives may apply with a Queens-based artist as lead. Not eligible: applicants who applied directly to NYSCA in FY27 or received this grant the previous year. Projects created through AI platforms are not supported.
