Established artists 18+ residing in Placer, Nevada, Yolo, El Dorado, Sacramento, or Sutter-Yuba counties, California. Must not have held a prior SCG residency at Blue Line Arts. All media welcome; requires lecture, open studios, school tours, and two adult workshop proposals.
