Artists over 18, Argentine or foreign, in all cases with at least two years of permanent residence in Argentina (DNI or passport), with proven previous experience in designing and/or painting murals. Individual entries or collectives through a designated representative; one project per person. The digital mural project must be original and unpublished, free theme, any muralist technique; it must not be in another equivalent competition.
