Citizens of EU Member States with a valid passport; citizens of EU candidate countries are not eligible. For mid-career or established visual artists working in 2D, 3D, 4D or multidisciplinary media with a strong visual, physical component (no film, music or writing) who meet at least 4 of the 5 criteria: awards or fellowships, media coverage, one or two previous residencies, at least two professional exhibitions, and community engagement.
