Artists of all disciplines and in all types of working practice, established music groups of up to 2 members, and in limited cases technical staff, curators or arts administrators of professional companies. Applicants must live in Northern Ireland, have contributed to the arts there for at least 1 year within the last 5 years, be at least 18 and not in secondary education, and hold an invitation from a host organisation abroad.
