For practitioners with technical knowledge worth passing on — makers, craftspeople, artists working with materials or code. Applicants must be legal residents of an EU member state, a Horizon Europe associated country, or one of the pilot countries: Ghana, South Africa, Indonesia, the Philippines or Chile.
