One of three two-week residency periods between May and September 2027 at Bergmangårdarna on Fårö, where Ingmar Bergman lived for forty years — own household, shared workspaces and access to Bergman's library and film archive — with a SEK 10,000 grant for travel and food (insurance not included).

Professional theatre artists — actors, directors, mime artists, musical performers, performance artists, clowns, designers, puppeteers or dramaturgs; writers and playwrights apply to Författarfonden instead. The residency can be applied for alone or by two people working together. You must be resident in Sweden or practise most of your art here (foreign citizens may apply on the same terms); not studying more than 50% when the decision is made; no debts with the Swedish Enforcement Authority; de minimis aid under €300,000 in three years.
