Themed call of Red Bluff Art Gallery on water that plants, animals and people need — from the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to the depths of the ocean, rain, waterfalls, puddles and kids in a fountain. The gallery, run by artists, has shown international art for more than 18 years.

Entry fees cover the exhibition and support the Accidental Animal Rescue Center & Sanctuary, whose water supply the show is raising awareness for.
