Up to 7 traffic signal boxes (about 80" × 24" × 30") in the pilot, themed "Celebrating the Arts & Creativity". Selected artwork is reproduced as a vinyl wrap on all four sides and installed by a contractor — artists do no work on site. $500 per box; wraps last about five to seven years.

This program is open to all visual artists of any medium, graphic designers, illustrators, photographers and student artists 16 and older. Artists under 18 submit under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Awarded artists sign a contract with the City.
