Open to domestic and international creators across visual arts, illustration, and cross-disciplinary practices. Proposals must integrate the artist's creative context with the cultural landscape, biological environment, and historical context of urban Taipei. Selected artists for specialized tracks, such as the Taipei Puppet Theater Project, must collaborate to create a 20-minute performance.
