Artists able to demonstrate a meaningful connection to a place, community or parish within the Diocese of Southwark, which covers South London and East Surrey — Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham, Croydon, Bromley, Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton and the surrounding area. Residence in the diocese is not strictly required if the connection is real.
